Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Items will only be exchanged on online purchases.
2. Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the Delivery date, with a valid proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation email.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed and should be in their original condition with all tags attached for an exchange.
4. Sale, promotional and intimate items are not eligible for exchange.
5. 10% amount will be deducted on order cancellation after 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Exchange will take 7-10 business working days for the delivery.
7. For online exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
8. Exchanges for defective or damaged items are accepted for replacement. If the item is out of stock, then the other item within the same cost can be replaced. However, customer must share clear pictures for our QC team to inspect and assess the nature of the damage.
9. If the item goes on sale, the item will be exchanged on the sale price.
10. It is strictly advised to follow the care instructions. In case of mishandling, the customer will be responsible and is not eligible to seek exchange.
11. If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery on original or exchange items, Snoozoff is not obliged to return, refund or compensate the amount of the order.
12. We don’t offer refund policy.
Note: Snoozoff thoroughly investigates the complaints to identify the misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to receive the item back.
