  1. How can I make a purchase at Snoozoff?

Select the desired category or collection from the website. Choose your size and click ‘add to cart’ once you have found the item. Review your cart by clicking the ‘my cart’. Once you have reviewed, click on the ‘checkout to  complete your order.

  1. What payments methods are acceptable and safer to use? 

We offer bank deposit; Union pays and COD. All payments are secured through a secured payment gateway. 

  1. Does Snoozoff ship to multiple addresses?

We only delivery to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases on multiple addresses,we suggest you to make separate purchases for each destination.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking id. You can use that code for tracking the order. You can also contact us on our phone : 03117666933 or Email : customercare@snoozeoff.com for further queries.

  1. Can I make an order through call?

Yes, for order through calls, you have to mentioned the product name, colour and SKU of the products to place your order.

  1. Can I place a custom order?

Snoozoff doesn’t offer custom orders on collections. Items are only customised for promotional purposes.
